It’s summer, so we’ve created a fresh new site! We’ve been a little quiet because the last three months have been bonkers. We’ve been out in the world sharing what we’ve learned, launching some of our biggest projects yet, and helping shape the future of AI-native storytelling.

Secret Level was one of the sponsors of Project Odyssey Season 2, where our founder, Jason Zada, spoke on a panel with other AI-native studios about the future of entertainment (and probably had a little too much fun). Jason also spoke at the FITC Conference in Toronto, sharing insights on the evolving world of AI and storytelling.

Jason Zada hit the stage at the Upscale Conference in San Francisco, talking about how AI is unlocking entirely new kinds of immersive story worlds. He also spoke at AICP Week in New York, sharing what it means to direct when your entire production pipeline—actors, environments, and camera—is powered by AI. This spring, Ad Age named Jason to their 2025 Tech Power List, recognizing the leaders pushing creative technology forward.

Eric Shamlin has been equally busy. At the Newsweek AI Summit, he spoke about how AI tools are opening up filmmaking to creators who never had access before. And at DEG’s EnTech Fest, he joined Barbara Ford Grant in a conversation about the evolving future of entertainment and technology. Jason and Eric also sat down together on the Future of Storytelling podcast, sharing how Secret Level is building an AI-native studio—and why human creativity still sits at the heart of everything we do. And we had some of our work featured at Google I/O 2025, showcased as part of the next wave of AI-powered creativity.

On the creative side, we premiered The Heist 2 at AI on the Lot, a follow-up to our viral short The Heist, created entirely with AI tools. We also launched a global TV campaign for eToro, one of the first brand spots made with Google’s Veo 3 engine, airing across Europe in 15 languages. And Eric joined Shira Lazar on The AI Download podcast to talk about our remix of Coca-Cola’s iconic Holidays Are Coming campaign, exploring what happens when nostalgia meets machine-made creativity.
Behind the scenes, we’re busy filling our pipeline with new feature films, TV shows, and original IP—continuing to push what’s possible with AI-native storytelling.
And honestly? We’re just getting started.
